The price of the rooms.

1.Rooms were extremely dirty. 2. Had to wait 30 minutes to get in my room because a maintenance issue had not been corrected with the door lock. 3. Location was right in the middle of what appeared to me as drup related activities. 4. Staff was not very empathic about the atmosphere. 5. Rooms are very dated. 6. Did not really feel to safe because of the issue with the door.

It was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. Dirty, run down, and ugly. Water leaked through roof. We got up and left without using the shower as we didn't want to get an infection. We would never go back and you should take off of your list of available hotels.

Convenient to location of conference.

Noise late in evening &i lack of cleanliness.

We booked the hotel because of location and price. On Booked.net it didn't show the inside of rooms so I went on their website to view rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms were nothing like the pictures. The rooms were not clean, old and outdate. The reception however was very professional in handling the matter and refunded our money. She also stated that the hotel had just changed hands and they were in the process of updating.

Not much. Room was filthy. Linens & bedspread were filthy.

See above. I didn't like anything about it. And the poor state of the hotel reflects poorly on your chain.

Our room was dirty, staff was rude and unprofessional, I am glad I only booked this hotel for one night because I would not have stayed another!
